BOM Manager
BOM Manager has been upgraded to handle a wider range of bill of materials source files with fewer unmatched parts.
Part Matching: Match parts against NIIN and NSN when a Part Number returns no result to reduce manual cleanup
Technical Manual Upload: Upload larger technical manuals without splitting or converting them first
Scrub Notifications: See component counts on scrub completion without reopening the BOM
Excel Upload: Upload part lists as Excel (XLSX) files in addition to CSV

Projects
Projects has been enhanced with expanded schedule health reporting, and more control over project setup to keep execution tracking and sign-off in one place.
Bulk Edit: Change multiple work items at a single time to ensure your Project is always up to date
Timeline Sorting: See milestones sorted by planned finish date by default, surfacing upcoming events first
Task Re-Parenting: Move a task to a different parent to correct hierarchies without recreating work items
Attachment and Linked Entity Hierarchy: Toggle the attachments and Air entities tab to a hierarchy view to see files and linked entities on nested work items
Custom Field Logging: Track custom field changes in the activity log, and keep options in use from being deleted
Custom Statuses: Create custom statuses for Projects you own to ensure your Project terminology is aligned
Ace
Ace has been enhanced with conversational flow building and in-place editing for the flows, reports, and forms it generates.
Flow Creation: Describe a task and answer Ace's clarifying questions to build a new flow
Conversational Editing: Modify existing prompt flows by describing the change
In-Chat Testing: Test draft flows in the chat interface to validate output quality before publishing
Flow Publishing: Publish flows with names, descriptions, and permissions for reuse across your team
Marketplace Cloning: Clone established flows from the marketplace to adapt them to your use cases
PDF Form Editing: Launch Ace-generated PDF forms in a live editor to modify fields without downloading them
Notifications
Notifications has been enhanced with priority labels and Ace summaries to help surface the highest priority items in your inbox.
Priority Levels: Set low, medium, or high priority on data alerts to control how your inbox sorts and what Ace will raise in summaries and recommended next steps
Default Criticality labels: Critical risk triggers, including M&A activity and Government-Industry Data Exchange Program (GIDEP) obsolescence notices, default to HIGH
Notification Search: Search your full notification history easily
Ace in the Alert Inbox: Summarize notifications, query past alerts, and see recommended mitigation steps without leaving your inbox
Data Explorer
Data Explorer has been enhanced with search and table controls for custom data objects.
Custom Data in Quick Search: Find custom data objects alongside Air entities in Quick Search, with filters to separate Air data from your uploaded data
Custom Data Objects: Sort, filter, and page through custom data objects in Data Explorer
Hierarchy Labels: See configured hierarchy labels in the Data Explorer menu to group related datasets
Inactive NIIN Filtering: Include or exclude cancelled and inactive NIINs from product search results with a toggle
Profile Pages
Profile Pages have been enhanced to surface more of an entity's connections and risk detail directly on the page.
Profile Exploration: Cross-search custom data objects from an exploration section on entity profile pages
Automated Relationship Mapping: See relationship sections on custom Profile Pages populated automatically from Object Fusion output
Deobligation Indicators: See a warning icon on contract profile pages when a procurement has negative deobligations or cancellations

Global Navigation
Global Navigation has been redesigned to centralize Workflows, Ace, Projects, Data Explorer, Collections, and Favorites in one place.
Workflows and Ace Flows: Launch configured Workflows, Ace Flows, and internal links from your deployment's main navigation
Ace and Favorites: Find Ace and My Favorites now in the navigation for easy access wherever you are in Air
Modular Homepage: See a homepage tailored to your deployment, organized with the workflows and data your team reaches for most, front and center
Minor Bug Fixes
This release also includes fixes to improve platform performance, stability, and visual presentation:
BOM Manager: Corrected Quantity Needed values being squared on import and resolved errors when uploading subcomponent and supplier assurance BOMs
Notifications: Restored the Mark Read and Unread Only toggles, corrected Mark All As Read to process every page, and fixed monitoring alerts not reaching team members assigned to a program
Exports: Restored CSV export across Configured Workflows and drill-through tables
Relationship Navigator: Restored the Advanced Filter option and saved relationship paths, and stopped columns from snapping back to their original size when resized
